Design Center online feature won't load

I am running AutoCAD 2006. When I open the Design Center, everything seems to work, except the on line feature. It never connects, or says it is unavailable. Anyone else having this issue? Is there some support issue I am not aware of?

DCONLINE was retired once later versions of AutoCAD changed to Autodesk Seek. Sorry.
