dell xps problem with autocad 2018 lagging

I have a dell xps 9570 (i9, 32gb ram, 1050ti ) and still autocad is laggy. I even tried a format to my laptop and still nothing. Also when starting the program it crashes and i have to do it 2-3 time to open it

after format, Did not create new profile.

disabling your anti-virus program and then running AutoCAD

Is hardware acceleration enabled? TURN OFF

Was it ever running okay on this PC? If so, what changed in between the time it was running okay, and now? If not, try logging into the PC as a different Windows user, and repeat your test. Any difference? Do you have a supported display adapter, with the recommended driver? Try running ACAD with no internet connection (disable WiFi, and unplug the ethernet cable). Any difference?

I will adress my problem one more time to make myself clear, so when i
start my laptop and open the autocad it crashes and opens the send report
window. I have to do this 2-3 times to open the autocad and work.

I had the lag problem from the beginning with the 2019 version of autocad
then i uninstalled it and installed the 2018 versio. It was running fine,
after 1 week it started crashing before i open it and the environment was
laggy
