Hi,

In a drawing, when I'm clicking on a text for example, It take 10-15 seconde before properties appear or I can modify it.  It's the same thing with everything have text (leadder, dimension).  I have Autocad 2017. This is really disturbing and slows down a lot my work.  I'm trying to purge all drawing, to recover it and nothing help me.  I need to star a command before selecting text if I what that work well.

A colleague try this with Autocad LT and everything works normally.

Do you have an advice?

Many thanks!

Hi @chantal.gagne

Is this behavior happening in all drawings or just specific ones? It is possible to attach a sample file for me to examine?

Have you verified that you have applied the hotfixes and updates for your AutoCAD?

Can you try toggling Hardware Acceleration in GRAPHICSCONFIG to see if that helps?

Hi everybody,

Thanks for your help.  I tried recover, audit and nothing fixed the problem.

I decided to do wblock of my drawing, when I open the new block It's work well. After, I erased everything in the drawing that "bugs", I purged it. Then I insert the new wblock and the problem already here.

So I decided to rebuilt the entire drawing... I start a new drawing, insert all xrefs and insert the wblock and this new drawing works good.

Now, everything is ok.

I have other drawings from this customer that have the same bugs, I will do the same procedure.

Thanks you!
