Default Sheet Set Template - Plan Production Tools

When using the plan production tools to create sheets, the second step of the wizard is Sheet Sets. At this step, the user has two options, New sheet set or Add to existing sheet set. If New sheet set is selected, what dst file is being used to create the new sheet set and where is it located?

The company I work for has a custom sheet set template created and we would like to set this dst as the default when this option is selected.

Looking under command settings, I do not see anything that would support a default dst for plan production. That said, below is a link to a similar inquiry as yours with a potential workaround.
