I know it is possible to create a data link to bring data from excel into an autoCAD table. Is it possible to go the other way with the data?
I would like to use data extraction to create a table in an autoCAD drawing, and from there, have a live update (Not a manual process i.e. TABLEEXPORT) to an excel file. I use excel pivot tables to sort items across multiple drawings.
DATAEXTRACTION will create a link and export. It isn't continuously live but will prompt to update. It is drawing specific and so you couldn't extract data from multiple drawings into one external file.
