Data Extraction sorting

Good day,

I am a new to AutoCAD and I need it to get some data in a table from a existing drawing files. I already learned how to use data extraction on AutoCAD. For 1 drawing, the result is pretty good, but when it come to more than 1, the result isn't like what I want. There's total of almost 2000 drawings file that I need to process and no way I can do it one by one. The example data that I need to extract can be seen in Image 1. When it come to more than one, the result automatically sorted by the first column, like image No 2. Basically, I want the result to stay the same like if I do it one by one. And I tried using other parameter inside the data extraction, there's nothing helpful (example: drawing name, result can be sorted depend on the drawing name, but the order inside each drawing name group still not following the original drawing, can be seen on Image 6). Any help is appreciated, thank you.

The quality of the attached IMAGE 1 is not enough to understand what exactly are you trying to sort. 

I believe you are trying to sort first by filename and then by Component No inside each file.you need to add multiple sort orders to achieve this. see below example
