Looks like your AutoCAD has a failed installation. First make sure you have installed all updates. Enter About and show us what version you have installed

That is the latest version 

perhaps try resetting to AutoCAD defaults 

But if that fails may have to uninstall and do a new install

The solution did not work. I reinstalled de program and updated it but the same error keeps popping

If uninstalling and then reinstalling and applying all the updates still don’t work then it’s tome to contact your reseller or Autodesk support directly to help troubleshoot this problem.  Of course if you have another computer then that would be another place to start.

What Windows OS are you running on?

Do you have another computer to install AutoCAD 2023?

Does the Dataextract error occur on all drawings or only on a specific one?

Try adding /safemode switch to the AutoCAD shortcut you are using to launch AutoCAD and then see if the error occurs.

Hello Paul,

 

I am using windows 10. But it doesn't work in windows 11 either.

The problema is happening in every drawing 

 

Ill check in the safemode
