Data extraction error on dynamic blocks

Hi Guys,

I've successfully set up a data extraction table to list active blocks in a drawing. However, several of the blocks have dynamic visibility. When the table was first set up, everything worked fine ('Template 1' attached) and listed/counted the different visibility states for a specific block. But when I change the visibility of a block in the DWG and refresh, the table rows fail to update properly ('Template 2' attached). Essentially, the table 'area' seems fixed and wants to 'wrap' rather than add a row to the bottom. How can I make the the table add the extra rows in a vertical fashion?

Thanks guys!

Review your table properties (see below) for both templates - has something changed?

Perfect! That's great and thank you. One last thing. Can you specify an area of model space for the table to extract the data or must it always be the entire model space?

Thanks again!
