Cutting a 3D Solid

I am designing a shed and using 3D Box Solid to make the lumber. How do I cut the solid where it intersects the other piece?

I can't seem to Trim it or Slice it...

I feel like an idiot... I was missing the object and snapping to another. I
have it sorted out now.
