Customization CUI file is write protected

I just installed AutoCAD 2016 and migrated all my settings from an older version. When I first open the program I get this message

After clicking okay five times it goes away. I'm also trying to modify my cui file but anytime I try to save the changes I get the ecxact same message.

I have installed Autocad before and never had this issue. Does anyone know a fix for it?

Hi,

reset your AutoCAD profile (>>>details<<<) and the next time you start AutoCAD do not migrate settings (load your customized menus after all is initialized as partial menu's is the better/more stable way).
