Custom size for PDF plot

I wish to plot to my CutePdf writer from Autocad LT 2015 using a half height A3 size.

I could gather form the internet that I need to make a .pc3 file which I did and saved it under a custiom name.

After this, where do I select and set this  .pc3 file for my drawing.

Where did you save your new pc3 file?  Type PLOTTERMANAGER at the command line and make sure you put the pc3 file there. After that restart autocad and use PLOT command and new pc3 should be in the list of printers.
