Cursor Badge - What does the isometric box stand for?

I have a drawing file where this cursor badge, a isometric box,  shows next to my cursor even when not in a command.  It shows up in paper and model space.  What does this badge stand for (so I can turn it off).  I generally like the cursor badges, but I don't know about this one.

set SUBOBJSELECTIONMODE to zero.  See help for that setting.

Interesting.  I have SUBOBJSELECTIONMODE set to 0 in to different Autocads right now, and it only shows up in the one.

Do they both have CURSORBADGE set to 2?

Yes.  Cursor badge in both set to 2.  Everything works the same and I can not find the different setting that makes this isometric box only show up in one.

Click on the icon for the subobject selection.  On mine there is no visual change at the icon like any of the others but it does toggle to badge off and on.

That did it.  Took a few clicks between Selection Filtering and the Gizmo, but its off now.  Thank You

Please, How do I turn OFF the little icon in my 2D drawing. I set SUBOBJSELECTIONMODE to 0, clicked off constraints, you name it. This little box is haunting my cursor and is very annoying.

Never mind, I turned the drawing off then back on. No icon.
