CUI problems - Trying to reassign F4 from Toggle 3D Osnap to Toggle Ortho

Please could someone help me, I am going mad trying to understand this...

I am trying to do someting very simple: Reassign the F4 key from Toggle 3D Osnap to Toggle Ortho.

No matter what I do it persists in remaining 3D Osnap.

F4 is toggle Tablet and F8 is toggle ortho: are you running an add-on that rewrote all the basic F-key settings? That's probably why you can't change anything.

I realize this is over a year old, but I've reassigned all my F keys for various snap controls. I even found out the Keypad numbers can be used for quick key commands. I did this in our company's partial menu. It can be done in the ACAD.cuix file as well. Simply redefine them in the CUI using the CUI command.

BTW, toggle Ortho is F8 by default.
