Cuando intento convertir un DWG to PDF, AutoCAD deja de funcionar

Cada vez que necesito convertir mi dibujo en PDF, el AutoCAD deja de funcionar sin guardar cambios. Tengo Windows 10, y esto me ocurre con cualquier versión de AutoCAD que instale (2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, ya probé todas...)

Además, ya formateé mi computadora, y reinstalé todos los programas, pero el problema persiste.

Hi! My AutoCAD version is totally updated. I convert my drawing to PDF from
the "layout": I select "print", then I choose the option "DWG to PDF" and
select the window I want. The preview looks fine but then when I press "OK"
(to convert to PDF) it closes!
