Creating Text Driven by Leader Coordinates

Hello everyone,

I am working with a drawing that uses several dozen location callouts formatted like this:

Instead of manually measuring all the leader locations and populating the location data manually, I am looking for a method to help automate this process.  Is it possible to get the global coordinates of a leader arrow, and populate text blocks with those values?  I've been playing around with block attributes and fields, but haven't been successful.

Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

You could always draw a block (a circle, or a point) and then have the FIELD off to the side with the X, Y and Z values in the table you have and then either make the leader part of the block, or draw the leader in yourself from the block to the corner of the table.

Hello. The Smart Leaders plugin can fill MLeader with data about objects under the arrow. In particular, the program can display the UCS coordinates of the object’s base point. If there is a point or block under the arrow, you can display its coordinates.

It looks like your MLeader itself contains a block with attributes. In this case, you will need to edit the default values for the attributes and insert substitutions %basex%, %basey%, %basez%  there.
