Creating Min. and Max. Dimension Style

Trying to figure out how to create a Dimension Style that has a similar look to this, but with minimum and maximum values. I have played with the primary and alternate units tab, but im unable to create a dimension style like this. This dimension style was created in microstation and im trying to create a similar one in autocad.

Since an associative dimension can only report the true dimension of the object, you would need to override the text in your dimension.

To have text below the dimension line use the \X switch.
