Creating individual grids on the surface of a 3d 90 degree pipe bend?

Hello All

I'm conducting a thickness survey of pipework. I want to create a 3d model of a 90 degree pipe bend with the surface divided into 10 sections circumferentially and 18 sections longitudinally. I then want to individually fill colour each of the regions created by the grid with fill colour conditional formatting extracted from an excel table. Is this possible? I've been able to create the 3d model using circles on a path array for the circumferential divisions and splines for the longitudinal divisions, so far I've be unable to fill colour the individual grids.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hello @Anonymous,

I have reviewed your drawing, I see gaps & the curved lines are all segmented. To create surfaces between these lines you will need to start by closing/joining them up.

You can follow the steps here to create ploylines.  It makes sense to join each section separately. Then, review "How to convert lines to 3D Solids"
