creating blocks in CAD that can be recalled in Bluebeam Revu?

Hi all, new to the forums and using CAD again for the first time since I was in school! Currently on AutoCad 2018 and the CAD version of Revu 2018. I'm seeking help with an odd sort of scenario. But hopefully some of the folks more experienced at working between the two programs can shed some light.
What I'm trying to do, basically, is create blocks for fasteners and other other hardware that can be quickly plugged into Bluebeam PDF's. Typically my team will mark up client-provided drawings in Bluebeam, then share these with our outside subs to help obtain pricing. Sometimes my boss needs to include a quick detail. Not being on CAD, he uses Buebeam's built-in tools to sketch out a drawing right there in the PDF.
I wish to create a small library of hardware symbols/representations in CAD that can somehow be imported into Bluebeam. Or if that isn't possible, at least be converted to PDF in such a way that individual objects (such as screws and bolts) can be applied to said Bluebeam drawing using a simple plug & play type operation. Ideally I'd want to include all these symbols in one master PDF, rather have than a bunch of separate files for each one.
Is this even possible? Thanks so much for any advice!
