Creating 3D solid out of shape drawn with lines

I've been drawing this shape with lines in 3D workspace, and now I want to make a solid 3D model with this shape. 
I've been trying different methods without any luck.. DWG attached below.

Hi,

if you want to create this object using sections, then first please avoid crossings like shown here:

Then you might use _JOIN to make single polylines from the parts of the section and use _LOFT at the end selecting all your sections (just one of many possibilities).
