Which of the following commands allow to copy the dimension style and annotation scale from another drawing?

1. SetBylayer

2. Properties

3. Change

4. Match Properties

I personally use matchprop alot at work but I was curious if another option might be better.

From both opening drawings ... Yes MATCHPROP will do that .
