COPY to coordinate, keeps asking for Specify second point after stating new position Co-ord.

"Specify second point"?...there isn't 1; i want it to copy to the co-ords stated, so enter Zero, but still it asks Specify second point..
IS there an easier way to get an object to copy to a co-ord?
