HI

in my site no error.

Check this file ,its a new file includes all objects copied from your file.

Maybe you don't have enough memory(ram).

try unload the residence unnecessary  windows app.

but first try on this file.

good luck

Hi Ara, Thx for the reply. After opng the drawing 5 you sent back, it seemed is a block.  I would have to explode this first , before i could trying to copy and paste any items.  My computer has 16GB of ram. i am not familiar with unloading the residence unnecessary windows app. Could you explain this to me.

  thx dennysbyhp@aol.com

Not that it will make you feel any better, but I also had no problems copying to the clipboard the entire contents of your dwg file.

A few suggestions.

Option 1. Try narrowing down what you are copying to the clip board. try smaller sections until you find the area that is causing the issue, then something might be apparent.

Option 2. Use the WBLOCK command to Write out what you want from this file and then use the insert command to insert the block into the destination drawing, at that point you can explode or leave as a block.

Good luck,
