Copy properties in layout

I have question about copy properties in layout.
I can not copy the cloud properties in the layout. Please, do you know what this problem is causing?

REVCLOUD command with Arc Length is 5 (not your 35000 default)and STYLE set to CALLIGRAPHY is how you get there... .
