1. AutoCAD stopped using PFB fonts a very long time ago: replace these in both your source and destination files now (STYLE command) or live with the prompts forever.
2. You have a nested block in your selection called _ArchTick, or your files were at some point saved in a newer version (2013 is different from 2012, a commone issue when you mix versions like that regardless of how you save the DWG file). Using -EXPORTTOAUTOCAD command in 2013 should fix the files for 2012 users. In both 2012 and 2013 remember to also go to OPTIONS command's OPEN AND SAVE tab's and uncheck the two MAINTAIN... boxes under the save as pulldown.

To get rid of the messages about pfb fonts, go into the source drawing(s), run the STYLE command, and change _all_ styles that list a .pfb font to use a modern, supported font.

Then purge the heck out of them and get rid of everything that's not needed.  sounds like they've accululated a fair amount of cruft in the decade-and-a-half since postscript fonts were supported by AutoCAD
