Convert lines and text fields to excel?

I have a drawing which has a table. But this table was created using text fields and various lines. The table command in AutoCAD was not used.

Is there a way to convert this jumble of lines and text into an actual table which I can eventually export to excel?

There is nothing built in to do that.
