Content Service - Connection refused by computer

User facing errors attached when trying to install AutoCAD 2013 or 2015.

Content Service - Connection refused by computer (see attachments)

 

 

Previosuly tried the followin link but it is not working:

Can you please let us know what these error messages means.

Hello eunice.chagoya!  Since you post was escalated to Salesforce and answered within there, I wanted to make sure that the answer was also posted here in case other users have run or will run into the same issue.

 

If you are having an issue within the Content Service, please try the solution within this link.

 

You may also try un-installing Content Service (Control Panel-Programs and Features), to see if that may resolve your issue.  After it is un-installed, please try the installation again.

 

I hope this helps any other users that run into this issue as well!
