Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I wasn't able to find any products linked to your email address. You may need to log in using the email address used to purchase the product and follow these steps:

Adding or Removing Users in User Management

Setting User Permissions for Products, Services & Support

I hope this helps!

When you purchased the product you will have needed to give your reseller an email address to register the product. That is also the email address you need to use to log in and assign seats to users in order to be able to activate.

I suggest you contact your reseller to clarify the email address used to create your account.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please send me your serial number by Private Message (click on my username simona.golisciano and then on "Send this user a Private Message")? Please also include the e-mail address you used to create your account.

I'll check what type of license you purchased and if your account is correctly associated to this license.

Thank you,

Im having the same issue. My autocad worked for one day. It is now asking me to contact administrator, I am the only one on the account and have only used one email address to activate my license.

Its impossile to reach anybody at autodesk!

Hi @david_aspeitia Welcome to Autodesk Community!

Sorry for the issue with your subscription and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I checked your subscription account and it seems all has been set up correctly. Could you please try again and see if you could access the product?

I am having this exact same problem.  Purchased a 1-year AutoCAD LT subscription, was able to use the product for one day, and now it will no longer let me access the program (with the message above)

Hi
Thanks for your email
Still didn't work
Last year I did my subscription through A2K
This one is directly with Autodesk
Can this be an issue
Also I didn't receive the license

Thanks
