I am a very basic AutoCad user - vector 2D only.
I cannot de-activate constraints from some drawing files - when the drawing is moved or rotated, certain points move from their relative locations, as if pinned to the original location, thus distorting the drawing. This happens regardless of layer, and regardless of whether the "Infer Constraints" is on or off.
Can anyone help ?
