Constant Freezing / Error Messages Popping Up on AutoCAD 2016

I'm using a student version of AutoCAD 2016 and I use files created by an AutoCAD 2016 instructor. For the past few days, only after a couple minutes at best while trying to use the created said files, my AutoCAD freezes either with an error message or with no error message.

"FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434352h Exception at d9b37788h"

When frozen sans error message, I just proceed to disable AutoCAD from task manager. As far as I know, this doesn't happen when using my own files.

I would appreciate help because I'm clueless about this issue.

Hi,

then i suggest to clean those CAD files by Audit and Purge (Reg) commands.

Hi I tried to use the Audit command on one of the files and it came up with the message above the textbox that it erased 0 objects. I started to use the file again and eventually I received an error message,

"Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x00e5 Exception at dd660bddh"

HI @Anonymous,

This is strange behavior. Is it possible to attach one of the problem files for me to examine?
