Connecting a line to a circle (internal arc)

I can't seem to figure out how to make this line connect to the circle with a radius of R25, as seen in the picture below. Any suggestions? I know there must be a way to do this.

Not strictly accurate.

The correct way would be to create construction circles as shown, to find the centre of the arc.

The result is slightly different from the fillet method.
