Complex linetype doesn't display my shx design but dots

Hi

When I'm opening an old 2013 file in Autocad 2024, my complex linetype for polylines showed arrows in ACAD2013 but doesn't display the arrows in ACAD2024. When I copy my objects in a new file, my arrows are displayed. I can also create new arrowed polylines in ACAD2024 with the same .lin and .shx-files as in ACAD2013. Can you help me out so I can display my arrows of the old 2013-files in Autocad's latest version without copying in a new file?

• Use the "Load" button in the Linetype Manager to find the (*.lin) file used in your previous version.

         

• Type LOAD at the command line and select the compiled (*.shx) file required to display the custom linetypes.

• Verify the location of these files are located in the OPTIONS > Support File Search Path

I've tested those manipulations before contacting this forum. It didn't work out.

I've tested de recoverall command without result.

Other possible solutions?
