COMPARE Command - Select Colored Information

In the COMPARE command for Autocad 2019, it shows new information as green and old information as red when you compare two dwg files. Does anyone know how to select only the colored information (either the green or the red)?

When I explode or burst the two inserted blocks (DWG1 & DWG2), all the colors go back to ByLayer.

Thanks!

What do you mean by "select"? That's not how it works if I understand you correctly, the tool is just a visual review only https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2019/ENU/AutoC...

That's what I was afraid of. I would like to do a quick select of only the green information or only the red objects and copy/paste or delete as needed. Do you know if the 2020 version works in this manner?

i'm staying away from R2020 until Autodesk issues SP1 at some point: looking at the literature though it appears that may be so https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2020/ENU/?guid=GUID-7D9278AC-5197-4FA8-8EBF-A50E1279559C (half way down the page).
