commands working not properly

Dear technical team,

                         while we are using this autocad version 2016 ,we are facing lot of difficulties with commands.Commands not working properly,Some of keyboard options,commands  are not working and not visible particularly in auto cad.please provide a solution for this problem.we have 2016 version in one machine only.In that only we are facing these difficulties.previous selection of objects before commands is also not working.

All updates and hotfix installed ?

Try reset default settings.

What is the value of the PICKFIRST variable?

1. Reset the CUIx in AutoCAD click here

2. Shortcut keys not working properly in AutoCAD

3. The Select and Previous Commands in AutoCAD
