Commands not working anymore

I recently had to reinstall acad 2018 and since I have issues with commands that come with the program have stopped working. I have included pic. The problem is not limited to the commands in the pic, I don't remember them all and I get the same error message. Advice?

i suggest to type EXPRESSTOOLS in your command line , any changes ?

That won't have any effect on ._BEDIT and ._CONVERTPSTYLES
