How do I turn off the command line prompt shown in attached screen shot

Or
2. Command GRAPHICSCONFIG Turn Off Hardware Acceleration

NO ... he asked about the Dynamic Input ( F12 ) which provides a command interface near the cursor in the drawing area. Click the dynamic input button ( ) on the status bar to turn dynamic input on or off . 🙂

Type DYNMODE and set it to "0"

To who all who answered about the command line on the screen. Thx for all the replies. Turning off the dynamic input solved it for me.
