command for overlapping lines?

Hello everyone, is there any command by which two overlapping lines become one and change color?

I suggest to use OVERKILL command to remove duplicate or overlapping lines, arcs, and polylines .

OVERKILL can remove duplicates, but I'm unsure why then "change color" is needed? Should this show the lines AutoCAD was working on while finding duplicates?

If yes then you might need AutoCAD Map 3D or AutoCAD Civil 3D as there you can at least change the layer of the modified objects to later select them (command _MAPCLEAN).
