Color problem with main viewport

Hello I have some problem. When I run the software it seems normal but when I ''start drawing'' the background of the default viewport turns to orange. some kind of ''invert'' of color. I've check the color option into options and still blue but I think it`s a graphic card problem. I have a AMD r9 m200 card with the 17.8.2 version of it (latest version) I'm from Perù and I would appreciate your help mates. It's the same thing with REVIT by the way, each preview element on 3d option that is blue turns to orange and brown turns to blue then when I render it takes the real color. I think it`s maybe a problem between autodesk and AMD or something like that. Thanks for your time.

This sounds related to the frequently-raised [recently] issue of red turning out blue and vice versa, and related color problems -- put  red blue  into the Search window and you'll find several threads about that.  If it's related, the solution is to turn off hardware acceleration.

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I am sorry that you are having this problem. Can you tell me about your computer? Does it have more than one graphics card?  Have you checked to see if you have current drivers updated and installed?

Please also type GRAPHICSCONFIG and take a screen capture for me. I want to make sure that AutoCAD is using the correct graphics card and that DirectX is installed and being utilized as well.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

If you work as a laptop, It can cause the issue because of AMD Enduro Technology.

When you work in CAD, Main Graphics card has to be working.

But If Integrated Graphics card has been processing at CAD, It will be the problem that you have.

This Link will explain how to set Main Graphics card for CAD.

However, if you don't have a laptop, Do you try to roll back previous version of graphic card driver?.

Hi,

your current background color for 2D is 33,40,48.

What happens if you turn it to real black, so please change the value to 0,0,0 and let's see ...
