I have some text that is viewed in the south west iso and I would like to move it to the top view in wcs.  Ive searched and have not found how to do this . I guess I am looking incorrectly.

Screenshots or an actual DWG file with arrows and notes would come in handy about now, if you can share.

The same objects that are seen in a 3D mode (such as SW iso) should be visible in Top view. Have you tried switching to Top? Zoom Extents while in Top to make sure that the text created in SW iso is still in your general work area - it might be off in outer space if created in iso.

Did you know you can set paper space viewports to iso or other 3D views? Sometimes it is easier to annotate a viewport with the text created in paper space.

here is my view in SW iso .  When the red text above and the block are view in top view they look fine. When I switch to SW view they are not on the same plane. Text.JPG

In the iso viuew you are looking at things in 3D. The objects have different elevations - the lines etc. look like they are all at elevation 0, while the text is at some elevation above 0. How did you create the text? If it is "just text", that is not an AEC label or something, you can select all the text, open the Properties dialog and set the insertion point Z to 0. Try it - does that get you closer to a solution?
