Changing my function keys commands

Hello, I just upgraded to AutoCAD 2021, and in all my past versions, I was able to change my F5 key to match properties and my F1 to Cancel. For whatever reason, it is not allowing me to change this in 2021. The only thing i can find is to change my command for Match Properties to Shift+F5, which I do now want. Has anyone else ran into this issue?
