Carlson Civil with IntelliCAD pop up

Every time I start a command this box pops up in the center of my screen. It seems to show the command being performed at the top and a list of other command options below it. I am trying to get rid of it but can't.kozak7681_0-1635192841156.png

@Anonymous this is the Autodesk AutoCAD forum, not "intellicad" and not "Carlson", now you know, have the knowledge, and can make better decisions when seeking help with those two software packages.

I figured it out. Please be a little less rude.

@Anonymous ---- Sorry that you found our help "rude". But you walked into a Chevrolet service department wanting support for your Tesla.

Yeah, they are both cars, but way different, and the Chevrolet dealer does not employee techs who can work on a Tesla.

Unless Carlson has changed their number it should be 1-800-989-5028 and you can speak with a real human. Good luck.

I understand your frustration of me not using the proper service but my problem was solved with someone else's comment without saying how ridiculous my seeming intrusion on your territory was. That is all I am saying. I can have learned my lesson but the self righteousness is not necessary.

@Anonymous - tone is almost impossible to gather via written word. I certainly wasn't "frustrated".

My initial reply was this

This is not Carlson support.

Try : https://www.carlsonsw.com/support-and-training/

First line, information.
Second line, direction to a solution
No frustration there.
