Cant see titleblocks in design centre to import

Hi there,

I hope someone out there can help me with this problem.  I recently updated our office Titleblocks.  I am working in Autocad 2014 but have my files saved down to 2007.  When someone else in my office working in Autocad 2012 tries to find the Titleblocks in Design Centre nothing is showing up.

Does someone know why this might be?

When saving the file to 2007 format from 2014, the warning below should have appeared.  (unless the checkbox at the bottom was previously checked)

I just tested this myself, and 2012 will not open drawings saved down from AutoCAD2014 to 2007 drawing format if the warning is ignored. 

I was able to solve the problem by using EXPORTTOAUTOCAD  <--Link, but if you use this method, you should fully test your Drawing/Titleblock works as expected in the previous versions.
