Cant plot Layouts

I just switched to 2024, and now I cannot "Plot to Selected Layouts".  I select the tabs I need, right click on the tabs, proceed through the prompts.  It appears to be plotting, but never progresses.  The little printer icon in the bottom right just keeps spooling, never completes.  Never had any problems in previous versions.

Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Do you need to turn off BACKGROUND PUBLISHING then try again? I can do what you seek in AutOCAD2024 in all of my files all day long so far.

Or are those layouts not set up correctly in each of their PAGESETUP command?

I have tried to toggle background plotting to no avail.  The page setup appears to be correct...same set up I have been using for years.

I am able to plot multiple pages via EXPORTPDF prompt.

Did you test the different PDF driver options in PUBLISH command yet?

If yes and they all also did not finish... Can you share your DWG file? Or any DWG file with layouts that do not work for you.

I did try a couple of the different drivers.  No success.

No issues here

But I did not migrate from an older version with the 2024 installation, that's just more trouble that it is worth most of the time.

Perhaps you need to try a RESET of the program?

Hello @mattAB2M7

Go to Plot=>Create and Name a brand new PAGE SETUP.

Duplicate your 2024 settings exactly like you had your previous version (you can name the new setup using the exact same name as your old one).

Just tried rebuilding my page layouts from scratch. No luck in resolving the issue. I am starting to think it may be the CAD pdf print drivers?

Talked with Autodesk Support.  Solution was resetting BGCOREPUBLISH to "0"

Huh, a hardware limitation!  Thanks for sharing the fix.
