Hi everyone!

using ACAD 2017 i noticed it's quite impossible to use the style i want: if i select ROMANTICITALY from the drop-down menu, the text remains in STANDARD style.

This only from a PC, in the others i have, no problems

Try to install the latest updates from Autodesk, sometimes it fixes the issues. Thanks

Font  romi___. Pfb installed on both computers?

In the absence of a font used in the aforementioned style, I get a message about replacing the font with one on my computer

In the absence of a font, a substitution message will be displayed.

What font is substituted? Is it the same on both computers?

Open your problem file.
QSAVE it.
Start ETRANSMIT command, ensure it is set to bundle everything (default setting), and continue with it.

Now open that resulting ZIP file: if you find the font file in there, you have it installed. if not, you do not so you need to go get it. Easiest way it is to do all the above at the other PC with "no problems", then drag and drop the font file into your own Windows Fonts folder (remember tor restart your AutoCAD afterwards).

Try manually dragging that font to where all your other Autocad fonts are... I forget the folder location but you can figure that out on your own... then restart your computer and see if it works.

0,1 -make a new text style for  exmple" Romatic-it"

2-select to Romantic from font

3-select italic for style

4-set current (optional)

apply and close text style

select one text in model and now you can change the style from the properties box .

if something went wrong exit autocad and install romantic font
