Cannot set CTB of True Colors (RGB)

I have drawing that drawn in RGB True colors like Blue color have 0,0,255 or Red color have 255, 0, 0 and I cannot understand how to set CTB of these true colors because in Plot Style Table Editor, all colors are in Index colors (ACI).

Simple answer: You can't!

CTB is for ACI colors ONLY - there are 255 fix plotstyles and you can't add additional plotstyles, sorry.

Monochrome? Plot to a monochrome plot driver

Not all in black? Search for a tool to set all object/layer colors to ACI
