in this link http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-2015-service-... it said: "This Service Pack can be applied to AutoCAD 2015 installed as a standalone application as well as AutoCAD 2015 installed from the following Autodesk Design Suites and bundled product." since we dont use mechanical anymore and just the regular acad portion from the design suite i assumed it was good to go. ill look for the mech service pack.
