I am a civil engineer and I'm trying to download Autocad (Civil 3D/Architecture) for the last one month. I tried all methods such as browser download, Install now and download now, but every time I cannot get it. The download is failing every time and I am disappointed by your service. I tried to download Autocad, Autocad architecture and Autocad Civil 3D (2015/2016) versions, but your service let me down.
I am disappointed that after meeting all requirements for this software, my laptop cannot have the luxury of Autocad(any version and type). It is getting failed at the last moments in browser download and doesn't performing well in other download methods. Can you please help me? I am ready to cooperate with you!

Please, disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and download the software from our Virtual Agent linked here (click on Download Links, choose product and version). This will solve most installation and download issues.

What makes you sure it's Autodesk fault? If a download fails there are a big list of components involved (starting with your workstation, your router, your internet provider and all his routers, traffic overloads, ....), not just Autodesk.
In case of failed downloads I would suggest also to try another internet browser. E.g. if Chrome fails then try Mozilla or Internet Explorer (and vice versa).
