I want to track where details are referenced through our projects ...

Is it possible to track what projects are using certain details?

Hi @jim3thornton,

Check out this prior post that shows a couple of options that might work for you to list the Xrefs in your drawing file.

It suggest using rtext (with a diesel expression) or a lisp routine.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

Hi @jim3thornton,

Did any of these suggestions hit the mark? Or, are we misunderstanding what you are looking for?

Please give us an update and more details if necessary.

I will need to put a little time into this ...

I would like to create a report that can be easily seen and shared.

I'll keep you all informed once I move forward with this project

Hi @jim3thornton,

You might browse through the Autodesk App Store to see if anything there does what you are looking for with regards to xrefs.  Here is one app that I found that might help.
