Can't sign in to A360 from AutoCAD 2017

Ever since installing 2017 I can't sign in to autodesk in the program. I type in the correct username and password and it signs me in for a second then immediately brings back the sign in prompt. I need to use geolocation services but I can't unless I'm signed in. I have tried using a different email to make a new account and that one does the same thing.

Sounds like an issue on your end. Firewall, port blocking, etc.
Is this an office environment? Can you connect to the Internet through some other means temporarily to test?

I'm in an office and everyone else is able to access geolocation and sign in, but I cannot. I can access the internet fine, it even signs me in for a brief second and then immediately signs me out. The sign in "bar" at the top of the window flips to show my username and then flips again to say "sign in." Every time I sign in it does this.

Hello @Anonymous. If someone else close to you signed into Autodesk using geolocation under the same place, you can't login again. Using a computer with multiple user accounts and someone staying logged into autodesk, is also an issue.

I forced the user to disconnect from autodesk by unplugging the network for atleast a good 3-5min. Unplugged from the router. It should trigger an auto logout from autodesk.

We all use different accounts and have different licenses and were able to use geolocation simultaneously in the past. My larger problem is that I am not able to sign into autodesk 360 in order to access my settings and use geolocation.

Make sure you're even allowing access to geolocation. You don't need to be logged in to allow geolocation, set your computer location settings. Not much different than using A360 on iPhone.

I would also like to be able to sign in to autodesk 360 regardless. And how would I go about enabling geolocation?

Windows 7 professional 64 bit

Ahh... Autodesk 360 only works with Microsoft 8 modern mode, it can not longer work in Windows 7 or earlier. Recently changed.

That is not true. All my coworkers are able to use it and they operate on the exact same machine as I do.

You may have misunderstood me. I just want to sign in to autodesk on AutoCAD 2017. That is all I want to do and I am unable to do it.

I'm sorry, but you are saying that is impossible for my coworkers to sign in to autodesk on Windows 7? If so then we have some miracles in my office. I don't think you are going to be able to help me, but thanks for trying. I really do appreciate you trying to help but I think I would like someone else's advice on this.

You cannot sign into Autodesk 360 through AutoCAD anymore with Windows 7. Sign into Autodesk 360 with Windows 7 through a browser.

I have about 5 other people in the same room as me right now signed into Autodesk in AutoCAD right now and all are using Windows 7. If we are referring to the same thing then you are mistaken.
