can't see line after extends working with point cloud

hey after i place my point cloud at AutoCAD drawing i try to extend old lines that i make in serval height using extend 

but I cant see the extend even that I know that it happened 

I can see only the new vertex at the end of the line with the line itself 

I am attaching a photo

** when I draw new line at z=0 every thing works fine ( also when I extend lines)

It seems that you have a different Z axis object lines ... Would you please attache here your CAD dwg file for testing ?
