can't remove unused and invissable old IFC blocks

I do have more than 15000 unused IFC blocks and can not purge them.

The Xref is not longer attached.

Can somone help me with this?

Hi,

After i use -EXPORTTOAUTOCAD command and open the new CAD dwg file .. It's gone. Click on below image
